• a natural scratch, abrasion or deform caused by time and oxygen
• lost or stole
• caused by inadequate use of storag
• occured after the work of another party on the jewelry.

Jewelries we bring to you are hand-finished, made of fine quality materials to last by your side. However, oxygen, sweat, and dirt will naturally tarnish your jewelries. So, here are our TIPS for you to keep your pieces intact.

General 

• Wipe the jewelries off after wearing with a clean soft cloth.
• Store it with an anti-tarnish strip or in a plastic bag without humidity.
  
• Keep it safe from perfumes, locations, cosmetics, hair sprays, or detergents.

14/18K Gold 

• Scrub lightly with a toothbrush and warm soapy water.
• Simply add a small amount of mild soap to lukewarm water and use a soft toothbrush to brush the jewelry gently in a circular motion.
• Rinse with clean water.

Sterling Silver 

• Use silver polishing cloth or simply use an old toothbrush and scrub with soap and water
• If that does not work, a silver polishing dip cleaner can be a solution.
• Make sure to thoroughly dry your piece before storing.
